摘 要:
在总结现有调水工程规划实践经验的基础上,提出了调水工程规划决策的指标体系,从社会经济、技术工艺和自然生态环境三个方面综合分析调水工程的必要性与可行性。并以延安市中心城区调水规划为实例,可更好地评价调水工程的优劣,为决策者决策提供技术支持,并能带来诸多的社会、经济和生态环境效益。[著者文摘]

Discuss on Decision-making Index System of Planning of Water Transfer Project and A Case Study

Abstract:
On the basis of summarizing the practical experiences of the planning of water transfer project, this paper proposes a decision-making index system for planning of water transfer projects. It takes the planning of water transfer projects of center zone in Yanan city as an example to analyze its necessity and feasibility from three aspects including social economy, technology process and nature ecological environment, which is better to assess water transfer projects and provides technology support for decision-maker. At the same time, many social, economic and ecological environmental benefits can be brought.[著者文摘]
