摘 要:
本文从粮食的生产、流通、储备，分析广东省的粮食安全问题，对广东近期粮食安全的目标、供求进行了预测和评价；提出了广东省粮食安全的对策建议，即提高粮食综合生产能力，适度扩大储备规模，合理调整粮食储备品种结构，完善市场调控机制。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Based on its production,circulation and reserve situatoin,food security problem in Guangdong was analyzed in this article. Forecast and evaluation were made on the target, supply and demand for the food security in Guangdong in the near future,Countermeasures were proposed to improve the food compositive productivity, expand the reserve scale properly,adjust the structure of food reserve varieties reasonably and perfect the control mechanism of market .[著者文摘]
