摘 要:
建立良好的粮食产区与销区的利益关系，是保障我国粮食安全的重要途径，但在现实中存在粮食产区与销区责权利不协调的现象，其原因在于政府调控不合理和市场机制的不完善；为了协调粮食产区与销区的利益关系，保障我国粮食安全，必须完善政府的宏观调控，健全市场机制，明确主销区的责任，提高农民的市场竞争地位。[著者文摘]

On Coordination of Relations between Grain Producing Areas and Sales Areas

Abstract:
The establishment of fine relations between grain producing and sales ares is a significant way to protect the food security in China. Nonetheless,the unreasonable administration of the government and the imperfections of the marketing mechanism result in incoordinations among responsibilities,powers and interests existing in these area. Therefore,for the sake of coordination those interest relations and protect th food security, macro-control should be perfected,marketing meehaism strengthened,responsibilities of the main sales areas identified and peasants＇ position in marketing competitions raised.[著者文摘]
