热休克蛋白.抗原肽复合物(HSPPC)被称为个体化肿瘤疫苗。临床研究显示HSPPC用于肿瘤患者免疫接种是安全可行的,它能触发部分患者强有力的抗肿瘤免疫排斥反应,并产生一定临床效果。研究发现临床效果与免疫学反应间有一定相关性,且不良反应轻微,未观察到自身免疫现象。[著者文摘]

Clinical researches on heat shock protein-peptide complex vaccines for cancer

Abstract:
The heat shock protein-peptide complex (HSPPC) is recognized as a personalized tumor vaccine. Some clinical trials completed in certain tumors show the vaccination with autologous tumor-derived HSPPC is a feasible and safe approach, and able to induce an strong antitumor response in a percentage of patients associated with clinical benefits. Clinical benefits are related with the antitumor response. No obvious toxicity and autoimmunity diseases related with the vaccination are observed.[著者文摘]
