摘 要:
树突状细胞（DC）融合瘤苗的制备主要包括DC体外诱导扩增及肿瘤细胞体外培养、诱导融合、瘤苗纯化等流程。在黑色素瘤、胃癌、肾癌等肿瘤的动物实验及临床前期试验中融合瘤苗表现出良好的抗肿瘤免疫效果。[著者文摘]

Preparation and application of dendritic cell-tumor fusion vaccine in tumor immunotherapy

Abstract:
The procedures of preparing dendritic cell-tumor fusion vaccine include inducing dendritic cells amplification and tumor cells euhure in vivo,inducing fusion and purifying fusion cells. The fusion vaccine has been proved effective in stimulating antitumor immune responses both in animal studies and in early human clinical trials concerning melanoma,gastric carcinoma and renal cell carcinoma.[著者文摘]
