摘 要:
抗菌肽广泛存在于从原核生物到人类的各个物种有机体和机体组织中,一般都具有广谱抗菌活性,其抗菌机理近年来成为国内外研究的热点。本文综述了抗菌肽及其抗菌机理研究的最新进展,阐述了先天免疫在哺乳动物来源抗菌肽发挥抗菌活性时的重要作用,并对抗菌肽的开发应用前景进行了展望。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Antimicrobial peptides have been discovered from tissues and organisms representing virtually every kingdom and phylum, ranging from prokaryotes to humans. Generally antimicrobial peptides have the broad spectrum antibacterial activity, its antibacterial mechanism became the domestic and foreign research hot spot in regent yeats. This article summarized the newest progress which the antibacterial peptide and its antibacterial mechanism studies, elaborated the vital role of the innate immunity when the antibacterial peptide, which separated from mammal, display antibacterial activity, and has carded on the forecast to the antibacterial peptide development application prospect.
