番茄红素人工合成品与天然产物的鉴定

摘 要:
番茄红素产品包括人工合成品和天然产物两类。两者的生物学功能存在差异。本研究的目的是开发对两者进行鉴定的方法。在实验中,首先应用C18-HPLC分析两者的类胡萝卜素组成,鉴定天然产物中番茄红素生合成的前体和后体,其次应用C30-HPLC分析两者中番茄红素几何异构体的组成,比较二者中番茄红素顺式异构体的比例。实验结果表明,天然产物中通常存在合成的前体(如:八氢番茄红素)和后体(β-胡萝卜素)。同时,存在一定比例的顺式异构体。根据这些结果,可对番茄红素的人工合成品和天然产物进行鉴定和区分。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Lycopene products include synthetic compound and natural product. Their biological functions are different. This study aimed at development of identification method. In experiment, C18-HPLC was applied to assess their carotenoid composition. The precursor and metabolites of lycopene biosynthesis were identified. C30-HPLC were then used to detect their of geometrical isomer composition lycopene. Their Z-isomer ratios of lycopene were compared. Data from those assessments suggested that natural products usually contained the biosynthetic precursor (eg. phytoene) and metabolites (eg. β -carotene) with a ratio of Z-isomers. According to those observations, the natural product and synthetic compound of lycopene can be identified.[著者文摘]
