摘 要:
社会转型期是各种社会问题频发的时期。本文从社会分配不平等所导致贫富分化、社会失业人数增多所造成的就业紧张、居民生活预期偏低所导致的悲观心理、社会保障制度的不健全以及价值观的多元化与冲突性等方面深入剖析了我国在转型期诱发社会问题的主要原因。提出了控制与消除这些诱因的对策．对于构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要的现实意义。[著者文摘]

The Causes and Countermeasures of Social Problems during the Period of Social Transition

Abstract:
The period of social transition is the time when a series of social problems frequently happen. This paper deeply dissects the main causes that bring about social problems during the period of social transition from such several respects as the rich and poor differentiation caused by the unfair social distribution, the intense employment situation caused by increasing unemployment people, the pessimistic psychology caused by the lower lives anticipation, the imperfect social security systems and the multiplication and conflict of the values, and so on. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward some countermeasures to control and eliminate these causes. These analyses have great practical meanings for the construction of the socialism harmonious society.[著者文摘]
