摘 要:
电子废弃物在未来5-10年的年增量估计为25%左右,电子废弃物环境污染问题和潜在资源价值须高度重视。分析了电子废弃物的主要特点及其与物理分选相关的性质,详细介绍了物理分选的研究现状厦发展方向。认为正确界定电子废弃物,做好电子废弃物分类、拆解,实现减容减重。充分利用电子废弃物中物质成分和物理、化学性质差异,发展亚微米尺度金属粉末、玻璃纤维、塑肢粉末的物理分选技术,是实现电子废弃物合理回收利用待解决的技术问题。[著者文摘]

Mechanical Separation Methods for the Recycling of Eletronic Wastes

Abstract:
The estimated amount of electronic wastes increases at 25% annually in the future 5-10 years, therefore,the utilisation and potential pollution to the environment have been continously received considerable attention.This paper depicts the physical and chemical propertise of electronic waste relevance to mechanical separation.The achievments and improveable aspects of mechanical separation technology have also been discussed.It is concluded that the reduction of disposal cost and improvement of mechanical separation efficiency of electronic wastes can be realised by reasonable ways of collection,classification and dismantling.In addition,the effective use of differences in physical and chemical propertise of electronic wastes would satisify the needs of recycling and standars of environment protection,which depends on the development of separation technology of submicros particles including metal ,glass fibre and plastics.[著者文摘]
