以肉桂酸和甲醇为原料,用大孔树脂NKC-9作催化剂合成肉桂酸甲酯,确定了最佳的合成工艺为:0.01mol肉桂酸,6mL甲醇,催化剂用量为1.19g和反应时间为5.0h,产品收率为92.0%。大孔树脂代替酸作催化剂简化了生产工艺,避免了设备的腐蚀和环境污染,是更为清洁、环保的绿色酯合成催化剂。[著者文摘]

Study on novel technology for green synthesis of methyl cinnamate

Abstract:
Methyl cinnamate was synthesized by cinnamic acid and methyl alcohol in catalysis of NKC-9 macroporous resin. The product was char acterized by melting point, refractive index and ESI-MS. The optimal synthetic conditions of the method were: cinnam acid 0.01 mol, methol 6.0 ml, macroporous resin 1.19 g and the reactive time 5 h. The yield of the ester is 92.0 %. By taking macroporous resin as catalyzer instead of acid, it was able for us to simplify the production process, and avoid mechanical erosion and environmental pollution. Therefore, it was a cleaner and environment friendly ester synthesis catalyzer.[著者文摘]
