聚氨酯均质微孔膜的制备及结构控制的研究

摘 要:
采用溶液相转换法制备PU均质微孔膜,通过改变PU浓度、添加剂中盐粒大小及含量、凝固浴的组成及含量等制备条件,控制孔径分布、孔径大小和微观形态.通过电子显微镜观察到制备的PU微孔膜表面和底面孔径分布均匀,孔径大小可控,断面为规则的海绵状孔结构.[著者文摘]

Study on fabrication of homogeneous polyurethane microporous membranes

Abstract:
Homogeneous polyurethane microporous membranes were prepared using the method of solution phase inversion. Porous distribution, porous dimension and the micromorphology due to various factors such as concen- tration of PU solution, particle size and contents of additive and composition and contents of coagulation bath were discussed. Microstructure of the top surface, bottom surface and cross-section morphologies of PU mem-branes were studied with the scanning electron microscopy (SEM). SEM photomicrographs showed there were homogeneous porous distribution and controllable porous dimension in the surface of the membranes. The cross section also showed a spongy structure in the membrane.[著者文摘]
