摘 要:
实验采用疏水性聚丙烯中空纤维膜组件为膜接触器,以清水、海水以及与海水相同pH值的NaOH溶液作吸收液,比较了3种不同的吸收液对SO2与空气混合气体的脱硫效果.研究了气液压力差、吸收液流量、进气流量以及进气浓度等因素对脱硫效率的影响.结果表明,与清水及相同pH值的NaOH溶液相比,海水是一种对二氧化硫缓冲能力大,资源丰富,脱硫效率较高的吸收剂.在气液两相压力差保持在穿透压范围内时,以较低流量的海水吸收液处理较高流量的低浓度(SO2体积分数够为2000×10^-6以下)气体时,脱硫效率可达90%以上.因此膜吸收法海水脱硫技术在沿海地区具有广阔的应用前景.[著者文摘]

Research of seawater to enhance SO_2 removal through microporous hollow fiber membrane contactor

Abstract:
In this experiment, hydrophobic polypropylene hollow fibre membrane was used as membrane contactor with tap water, seawater and NaOH solution as absorbent for sulfur dioxide removal. The effects of three absorbents on desulfurizing efficiency and effect of various factors such as pressure drop between gas and liquid, flux of absorbents, flux and concentration of gas on desulfurizing efficiency were investigated . The results indicated that compared with seawater and NaOH solution seawater has a large capacity and high efficiency rate of desulfurization. When the pressure drop between gas and liquid keeps under the penetration pressure and the content range of SO_2 keeps below 2 000×10^-6, seawater can maintain higher desulfrization rate of above 90 % with lower flux. It showed that membrane contactor coupled seawater absorption is a prospective technology for sulfur dioxide removal in seaside area.[著者文摘]
