Abstract:
CD4^+CD25^+ regulatory T ceils, a functional subset of inhibitory T ceils, play a crucial role in the maintenance of immune homeostasis and immune tolerance. These functions are closely correlated to peripheral homeostasis of CD4^+CD25^+ regulatory T cells. Recent evidence showed that there are two ways that could contribute to the peripheral homeostasis of CD4^+CD25^+ regulatory T cells, in which some functional molecules may be involved.[著者文摘]
