水土分离生态综合治理泥石流方法探讨——以青岛市崂山区河东村泥石流治理为例

摘  要:

2005年9月12日,青岛市崂山区河东村发生泥石流地质灾害,其周边大面积山坡仍存在潜在泥石流隐患,有再次发生泥石流的可能。通过对河东村泥石流“致灾因子”和“主灾因子”分析,得出该区发生泥石流的短历时雨强指数KH为1550.8。泥石流产生的物源条件和水源条件是缺一不可的,是水土共同作用的结果,为避免河东村再次发生泥石流,将水土分离是至关重要的。根据现场实际情况,综合考虑各方面因素,摸索出适合河东村泥石流水土分离生态综合治理方法,即地表、地下水土分离一生物生态治理一拦挡工程相结合方法,该方法在投资少、不影响风景区景观基础上,根本治理河东村泥石流发生。[著者文摘]

刖舌泥石流是地质条件不良的山区常见的地质灾害现象,常发生于山区小河流域,是地质、地貌、气象、水文、植被等自然因素和人为因素综合作用的结果。泥石流常在持续暴雨激发下产生,具有暴发突然、来势凶险、运动快速、能量大、冲击破坏性强、过程短等特点,常给人民生命财产造成巨大损失。青岛市崂山区依山傍海,风光秀丽,是我国著名的风景名胜区。河东村即位于著名的崂山北九水风景区内,村四周山高坡陡,河流沟壑较多,为地质灾害高易发区[1],村南、东紧靠九水河,为季节性泻洪河流,暴雨时常爆发山洪。2005年9月,受热带风暴(台风“卡努”)影响,崂山区突降特大暴雨,在两日内局部降水量达508 mm,在降水和地下水活动作用下,河东村北侧山坡坡面残坡积物向下坍塌流动形成了泥石流,由于事先采取了紧急避让措施,未造成人员伤亡。现场调查发现:发生泥石流的周边大面积山坡中仍有潜在泥石流隐患,有再次发生泥石流的可能,附近村庄、道路、桥梁、河道、水库等安全仍受到严重威胁。为了保障人民生命、财产......

Abstract:

A debris flow geologic disaster is disscussed in this paper, which occurred in Hedong village,Laoshan district, Qingdao city On september the 12th 2005. Potential problems still exsit around large areas, so does has the possibility of another debris flow. The "latent power degree" and "danger degree" of the debris flow was analysed, and its short-duration rainfall intensity KH was 1550.8. Both the material and water resouces are necessary for the happening of debris flow,which results from the jointaction of water and soil, so it is very important to separate water and soil to avoid debris flow happening again. Based on the field survey, various complications were considered, and the comprehensive treatment of debris flow in terms of water and soil was optimised, by a combination of separation of the surface and subsurface water-ecological treatment-anda rush dealing control project, in order to radically control the debris flow in Hedong Village . Therefore, good ecological benefits can be obtained without affecting the landscape of the scenic area.[著者文摘]
