摘 要:
给出了CD光盘的等效径向光栅常量d_⊥和切向光栅常量d_∥的公式,并利用He-Ne激光器、坐标纸和分光计测量了d_⊥和d∥的值.用移测显微镜测量了光盘中信息区的最大等效半径R_max和最小等效半径R_min,给出了计算光盘存储容量V的公式,该公式表明,存储容量V是d_⊥,d_∥,R_max和R_min的函数.实验测得的d_⊥和d_∥和国家工业标准值的误差分别为0.1%和0.6%.实验测得的光盘存储容量值和计算机测定值之间的误差为0.3%,分析了产生测量误差的原因.[著者文摘]

Measuring equivalent grating constant and storage capacity of CD

Abstract:
The formulas of equivalent radial grating constant d_⊥ and tangential grating constant d_// of CD are given. The values of d_⊥ and d_// are measured using He-Ne laser, coordinate paper and spectrometer. The maximum equivalent radius R and the minimum equivalent radius Rmi. of the CD data storage area are measured by using travelling microscope. The formula of the storage capacity V of CD, which is the function of d_⊥ ,d_// , R_max and R_min, is given. Compared with the industrial standard, the deviation of d_⊥ and d_// are 0.1% and 0.6% respectively. The deviation of V is 0.3% compared with measured value by computer. The reasons of the deviations are analyzed.[著者文摘]
