华北地区微污染水的气浮和沉淀工艺处理

摘 要:
通过对天津某水厂的中试试验,研究了气浮(DAF)和沉淀工艺对浊度、UV254、CODMa、TOC、THMFP、藻类的去除效果的影响,确定了适合华北地区典型水质的处理工艺。试验规模为5m^3/h。针对华北地区容易出现的夏季高温高藻、冬季低温低浊现象,分别对两种水质进行了混凝气浮和混凝沉淀试验,发现低温低浊期混凝气浮工艺对浊度的去除率比沉淀工艺平均高25%,而在其他时期只高出8.4%;高藻期气浮工艺对藻类的去除率平均比沉淀工艺高9.5%;有机物的去除规律在各个时期基本一致,气浮工艺对有机物的去除率比沉淀工艺平均高5%;气浮工艺对浊度、有机物、藻类的去除率分别为97%、40%、94%。中试试验证明气浮工艺适合对华北地区微污染水源水的处理,出水效果好于沉淀工艺。[著者文摘]

Treatment of micro-organic polluted water by DAF and sedimentation process

Abstract:
The turbidity, UV254, CODMn, TOC, THMFP and algal removals efficiency were studied by dissolved air flotation (DAF) and sedimentation process in a water treatment plant (WTP) of Tianjin, China. By the experiment, the suitable process to treat the typical north China source water and the rules of pollutants removal were determined. A pilot model with a capacity of 5 cubic meters per hour was constructed. During the treatment of the low temperature and low turbidity source water, the turbidity removal by DAF process was 25% higher than that by sedimentation process, and 8. 4% higher in other periods. During the treatment of high temperature and algal bloom source water, the algal removal by DAF process was 9.5 % higher than that by sedimentation process. The removal rule for organic mater was almost same in all periods, which was 5% higher by DAF process than that by sedimentation process. The removal for turbidity, organic matter, and algae can reach 97%, 40% and 94% respectively. DAF process adapts to treat the micro-organic pollutants water in north China, and the treatment efficiency was better than sedimentation process.[著者文摘]
