液化石油气制芳烃工艺技术的研究开发

摘 要:
利用改性HZSM-5分子筛催化剂,对液化石油气生产芳烃工艺技术进行了研究。中试结果表明:液化石油气中烯烃含量越高,芳烃收率就越高,反应的放热效应就越大;在反应温度490~530℃、进料重时空速0.25~0.5h^-1和系统压力0.1MPa等工艺条件下,能得到45%~49%的轻质芳烃、25%~28%的液化石油气和2.0%~2.5%的氢气。在分析液化石油气生产芳烃试验结果的基础上探讨了该技术的工业应用方案,认为该技术具有原料不需要加氢精制,产品分离不需要抽提,直接精馏就可以得到苯、甲苯和二甲苯等轻质芳烃,具有工艺流程短、投资少、操作费用低等优点。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
The process of producing aromatics from liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) over modified HZSM-5 zeolite catalysts was investigated. The pilot plant test showed that aromatics yield and exothermal output increased with increasing olefin content of LPG. Optimal reaction conditions were. temperature 490~530 ℃ , WHSV 0.25~0.5 h^-1 and system pressure 0.1 MPa. Under such conditions , 45%~49% light aromatics, 25%~28% LPG and 2.0%~2.5% hydrogen could be obtained. This process has such advantages as no need for feedstock hydrotreating and no need for extraction to separate products, and benzene, toluene and xylene could be obtained by rectification. The process is noted for shorter flow sheet, lower investment and lower operation cost.[著者文摘]
