摘 要:
防空兵作战指挥包括作战准备和作战实施2个阶段，作战准备时间等于作战准备阶段各指挥环节所消耗的时间之和，作战实施时间等于作战实施阶段各指挥环节所消耗的时间之和。其中有指挥人员参加的指挥环节所消耗的时间由军事训练考核或考核标准给出；而无指挥人员参与的指挥环节所消耗的时间则由相关指挥器材的技术数据计算。[著者文摘]

Research of Air Defense Campaign Commanding Period Model Under Information Condition

Abstract:
Operational command of air defense forces includes two phases： operational preparation and operational implementation. The time of operational preparation equals the sum of time that different commanding links in operational preparatory phase, while the time of operational implementation equals the sum of time that different commanding links in operational implementation phase. The time that command personnel join in the commanding links can be given by military training examination or standard of examination, and the time that command personnel don＇t join in the commanding links can be computed by technical index of relevant commanding equipment.[著者文摘]
