研究开发了低度白酒36％vol伊力特曲，从基酒选择，组合降度、调味，除浊，精滤、贮存，感官理化检测，冷冻试验等方面阐述了低度白酒生产中的体会，运用活性炭高分子筛处理低度酒，可有效地解决沉淀问题。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
The low-alcohol （36%vol） Yilite liquor has been developed. The experience of base liquor selection, blending, flavor adjustment, turbidity removal, filtration, storage, organoleptic and physico-ehemieal detection, etc, are described.
