尖晶石复合氧化物NiFe2O4纳米颗粒的水热合成

摘  要:

采用不同沉淀剂,在水热条件下合成了不同粒径NiFe2O4纳米材料。使用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)分析手段对样品的物相、结构、形貌进行表征和分析。XRD结果表明,所制样品为尖晶石结构NiFe2O4。TEM照片清晰地显示所制备的铁酸镍纳米颗粒大小均匀,分散性好。选用NaOH溶液作为沉淀剂时,其粒径约为16nm;使用尿素溶液作为沉淀剂时,其粒径约为50llnm.[著者文摘]

Abstract:

NiFe204 nano-particles were synthesized at hydrothermal condition. The phase, strcture and morpholgies were characterized and analyzed by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopes (TEM). XRD result revealed that the as-prepared samples are NiFe204 with the structure of spinel. The TEM pictures clearly displayed that the size of NiFe204 is homogeneous and mono-dispersive. The size of NiFe204 is about 16 nm by using NaOH solution as precipitator; The size of NiFe204 is about 50 nm by using urea solution as precipitator[著者文摘]
