摘 要:
对新型农村合作医疗社会关系的性质进行分析，是对新型农村合作社会关系进行法律调整的理论前提。新型农村合作医疗属社会医疗保险的范畴，同时，由于其制度框架只是初步搭建，还在试点过程中，还需不断进行制度创新与完善，因而，是一种“非典型”，或称“过渡型”的社会医疗保险制度。应将新型农村合作医疗制度纳入社会医疗保险立法体系之中。[著者文摘]

Social relationship property and law adjustment of new--type rural cooperative medical services

Abstract:
The analysis of social relationship property of New--type Rural Cooperative Medical Services is the theoretical premise of conducting the related law adjustment. New--type Rural Cooperative Medical Services fall into the category of social medical insurance. In addition, since its system framework is initially established, which needs to be further optimized during the pilot process, it is a transitional social medical insurance system and New--type Rural Cooperative Medical System should be included in social medical insurance legislation system.[著者文摘]
