干细胞生物学是20世纪末和本世纪初生命科学最令人瞩目的研究领域之一,它的研究与应用几乎涉及了所有的生命科学和生物医药学领域,尤其对再生医学的发展具有重要意义。但围绕人胚胎干细胞的研究在世界范围内引起了广泛的争论。作者分析了争议产生的根源,阐述了美国、欧盟等国家和地区不同的人胚胎干细胞研究政策,探讨了不同政策对干细胞研究产生的影响以及对我国的启示。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Stem cell research is one of the most notable fields in life science at the end of 20th century and the beginning of 21st century, which has made a considerable contribution to every aspect of life science, especially to the regenerative medicine. However, a great debate on ethics has also arisened all over the world on the research of human embryonic stem cells. This paper gives the cause of the debate, provides the analysis of the stern cell legislations among various countries, which have different impacts on the research of stem cell and finally points out its enlightenment to our country.[著者文摘]
