田湾核电站卧式蒸汽发生器传热管役前涡流检测技术

摘  要:

田湾核电站蒸汽发生器为卧式结构,弯头数量较立式蒸汽发生器多很多,因此其涡流检测方法与众不同.介绍了卧式蒸汽发生器的结构及探头的选用,剖析了检测中发现的主要问题及争论焦点,如缺陷的判断、外壁缺陷的判定、磁性区域信号的排除以及内外壁缺陷的区分等.讨论了由探头直径过小和标定原因引起的误差,确定了田湾核电站卧式蒸汽发生器传热管的缺陷管数量、缺陷的位置及性质,最后采用统计方法肯定了检测结论的可靠性.[著者文摘]

Pre-service Eddy Current Testing Technology for the Heat-exchanging Tubes of the Horizontal Steam Generator in Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant

Abstract:

The eddy current testing method for the horizontal steam generator in Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant was quite different from that for the vertical one because it had special structure and more elbows. The structure of the horizontal steam generator and the choice of testing probes were described. The main difficulties and focal points, e.g. defect judgement, the discrimination of the defect of outer wall, the elimination of signals clue to magnetic zone and the distinguishing between the defects of inner and outer walls were analyzed critically. The error arised from probes of very small diameter and from calibration difference was discussed. The total number of defective heat-exchanging tubes, the location of defects and defect characters were determined. The reliability of the conclusion of testing was verified by statistical analysis.
