摘 要:
了解我院住院患者抗菌药物使用情况,为抗菌药物的合理使用和科学管理提供依据。采用回顾性调查分析方法,按科室随机抽取住院患者病历1094份,按抗菌药物使用频数、实际用药天数、药物利用指数和联合用药种数进行综合统计。根据《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》对抗菌药物使用进行合理性评价。我院抗菌药物使用存在选药起点高、用药时间长、更换频繁这三大突出问题。[著者文摘]

Analysis on 1094 Cases of the Use of Antibacterial Drugs in Our Hospital

Abstract:
Based on understanding the hospital inpatients antibacterial drugs use, the rational use of antimicrobial drugs and the basis for the scientific management is provided. A retrospective analysis of department records randomly selected 1094 patients was survey, according to comprehensive statistics of the frequency of use of antimicrobial drugs, the actual number of days medication, drug use index and the combined species. Under the ＂Guiding principles of clinical use of antibacterial drugs＂, reasonable use of antibacterial drug was evaluated. In our hospital, there are the three outstanding problems for antibacterial drugs use, they include election of a high starting point, use a long time and the frequent replacement.[著者文摘]
