摘 要:
从中小型水利工程施工的特点及目前选择施工企业中存在的一些弊端所带来的问题出发，分析了目前我区中小型水利工程中存在的施工质量、进度控制和施工队伍管理等问题，提出了选择优秀施工企业的工作模式与机制。[著者文摘]
