摘 要:
对屠宰黄牛的卵母细胞经体外成熟(IVM)、体外受精(IVF)后的早期胚胎,在β-巯基乙醇(β-ME)或牛磺酸等添加物的胚胎培养液中的后续发育进行了研究,并探讨了其影响因素,以期筛选出最佳的体外培养条件。试验结果表明:4-8细胞期添加β-ME可显著提高胚胎桑椹胚、囊胚发育率和囊胚细胞数,但不能改善孵化囊胚的质量。在体外发育培养液中添加7mM牛磺酸可显著提高桑椹胚率和囊胚率(P〈0.05),并且在4-8细胞期添加牛磺酸最为合适。[著者文摘]

Effects of β-ME or Taurine on Early Bovine Embryos in vitro Fertilization

Abstract:
This study was to examine the early embryos got from the bovine oocytes following in vitro mature and in vitro fertilization, the subsequent developments were studied in embryos culture liquids adding β-ME or taurine in order to find out optimal in vitro cultural conditions. The results showed: adding β-ME at the 4-8 cell period could improve the morulae rate , blastocyst rate and the numbers of blastocyst cells, hut could not improve the quality of hatched blastocyst; supplementation of 7mM taurine in the medium could improve the morulae rate and blastocyst rate significantly (P〈0.05), and adding taurine to 14mM at 4-8 cell period got the best effect.[著者文摘]
