基于GIS的林火动态风险等级区的划分

摘 要:
基于森林资源环境与林火发生的关系,以广义3S技术为依托,以现代通讯技术和自动监测技术为基础,提出了森林火险动态区划的概念,并建立了与之相适应的数学模型.试验的流程为:收集试验地1987—2003年林火历史和现实数据,进行数据处理,使其适合在GIS环境中处理,在GIS中分析林火点的空间环境因子,提取其属性数据.在统计软件中分析并建立拟合公式,以各环境因子的拟合公式在GIS中计算,并形成相应的专题图层.将各专题图层进行叠置分析,实现了林火风险动态区划。该方法的应用可以提高林火风险预测和预报的准确性,降低林火管理的支出,提高林火管理的水平.[著者文摘]

The dynamic forest fire district based on GIS

Abstract:
The forest fire district is based on the generalized "3S" technology and the modem communication technology and automonitor technology, and the research content is more wide, therefore, a new concept, dynamic forest fire district, is prompt, and the formula is modeled. The procedures are as follow: collecting the forest fire history and contemporary data, then manipulating the data and making it fit the GIS. The spatial data around the firepot were collected in GIS, and were analyzed in statistic software R and got the equations which were used to compute the fire risk in the research area, and the thematic map were made. These maps were analyzed in GIS with the overlap method, and the dynamic district of the forest fire were divided. The method is imphed in the practice of the forest fire protection, as a result, promotes the accuracy of the forest fire predict, recedes the payout and improves the level of the fire management.[著者文摘]
