摘 要:
文章采用面板数据分析方法，对1999--2005年外商投资对中国31个省内资工业部门的外溢效应进行了分析，得出这几年总的外商投资外溢效应为正，但并不是很大，可是各个省市间的发展水平已有了显著的变化。并且更进一步研究了东、中、西部的不同情况，研究表明目前外商投资的溢出效应和前些年相比已经发生了较大的变化，而且地区间以及省份间的变化均十分明显，东部地区的溢出效应并不显著，西部地区的外商投资外溢出效应为正，中部地区各个省份的分歧较大，溢出效应各不相同。[著者文摘]

Emperial Analysis on the Spill-over Effects of FDI on China＇s Industrial Sectors

Abstract:
By using the techniques for panel data analysis, this paper researches on the spillover effects of FDI in china＇s industrial sectors form 1999 to 2005. Obtains conclusions these year total foreign investment spillover effect for positive, but is not very big, but integrated development level between each provinces and cities had the remarkable change. And further studied different situation among the east, the middle and the western area, the research had indicated the present foreign merchant investment the spillover effect and the first years compared has already had the big change, Moreover change between local as well as the province extremely is obvious, the eastern area spillover effect is not remarkable, but the western area foreign investment spillover leaves the effect for positively, the middle area each province difference is big, the spillover effect is one by one different.[著者文摘]
