摘 要:
光污染是继废气、废水、废渣和噪声等污染之后的一种新的环境污染源，主要包括白亮污染、人工白昼污染和彩光污染。光污染正在威胁着人们的健康，并且危害程度有逐渐加剧的趋势。本文在分析光污染的内涵及其危害的基础上，阐述了我国光污染立法现状及其防治措施。[著者文摘]

The Current Situation of Legislation on Light Pollution in China and its Preventing Countermeasures

Abstract:
The light pollution is coming as a new kind of environmental pollution after pollutions of waste gas, waste water, waste residue and noise, etc. mainly including bright pollution, artificial daytime and color light pollution. The light pollution is threatening people＇s health. At present, although it has not been listed into the category of environmental prevention and control of pollution yet, its danger is obvious, and is aggravating and spreading. Bases on the definition of light pollution this paper tries to explain the current situation of legislation on light pollution of our country and gives some operable countermeasures.[著者文摘]
