摘 要:
可持续旅游和环境管理一直是国内外研究的重要课题。本文从可持续旅游和环境管理的关系入手，回顾了国内外可持续旅游和环境管理研究的现状和趋势，分析了旅游目的地环境管理的基本特征，确立了以可持续旅游为目标的旅游目的地环境管理的基本框架和内容，将旅游目的地的环境管理按照时间顺序划分为前期、中期和后期三个不同阶段，使之具有理论指导和实践意义。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
The sustainable tourism and environmental management of tourism are all along the very important problem which has been discussed in and out of China.
