文章简述了我国矿山环境恢复补偿问题的社会背景及研究意义，对国内外矿山环境恢复补偿机制的理论研究和应用现状进行了归纳和分析，指出建立和推行我国矿山环境恢复补偿制度面临的主要问题，在此基础上提出了机制、政策上的对策建议。[著者文摘]
