本文从中国社会主义市场经济发展的现实需要出发，论证了建构中国管理哲学思想体系的必要性和紧迫性，认为“综合创新”是建构中国管理哲学的必由之路，从理论和实践相结合的角度全面阐述了中国管理哲学丰富的文化资源，并在深入研究的基础上，进一步对中国管理哲学的本质特征及基本管理模式提出了创新性的学术观点。[著者文摘]

A Theoretical Frame of the Chinese Management Philosophy

Abstract:
The paper discusses the necessity and urgency of establishing the theoretical frame of the Chinese management philosophy. The author maintains that the inevitable path for establishing the Chinese management philosophy lies in＂comprehensive innovation＂. To support this idea the author presents a thorough explanation of the rich resources of the Chinese philosophy from the perspective of integrating theories and practice. On the basis of in-depth research, innovative and academic suggestions for establishing a fundamental model of management characterized by the Chinese management philosophy of are proposed.[著者文摘]
