摘 要:
日照市水资源开发利用以地下水为主，近海岸地带地下水的持续超采，水位不断下降，形成地下水降落漏斗，破坏了地下水与海水的自然平衡，引起海水入侵，使地下水受到污染；工业、生活污废水的排放，造成地表水水质不断恶化，水环境质量下降。提出推行科技节水，建设节水型的社会，减少水资源的用量，控制用水总量，实行高效的中水回用制度，加快城市污水处理工程建设，充分利用蓄水工程，增大地表水的使用量，发展循环经济，提高水的重复利用率，修建地下水库，有效地阻止海水入侵等对策，促进水环境质量的提高。[著者文摘]

Analysis on water environment quality and countermeasures in Rizhao

Abstract:
The exploration of water resources was priority to groundwater in Rizhao City. As the groundwater was explored excessively, the water table continuously declined and groundwater funnel was formed. This has destroyed the natural balance between the groundwater and seawater, and resulted in the invasion of seawater and polluted the groundwater. Sewage from industry and daily life has caused the endless deterioration of water environment quality. Bring up the countermeasures to push the scientific water saving and building up the water saving society, reducing the usage of water resources and controlling the quantity of water use, and carrying on the high efficiency of recycling water use system, to quicken the city sewage treatment engineering development, and making good use of store water engineering, increasing the usage of surface water, developing circulating economy, building reservoir and prevent seawater invasion, and im- prove the quality of water environment.[著者文摘]
