摘 要:
流行病学及现地调查表明，猪呼吸道病综合征（PRDC）是一种多因子性疾病，它是由病毒、细菌、不良的饲养管理条件及易感猪群等综合因素相互作用而引起的疾病综合征；实验研究从另一方面表明PRDC与猪呼吸与繁殖综合征病毒、猪流感病毒、猪圆环病毒2型、猪肺炎支原体有紧密的相关性，这四种病毒是原发原因。因此，建立迅速的、多重的、高通量的检测方法是防止该病发展而造成严重危害的首要前提，完善诊断手段将成为它的有效防治措施。[著者文摘]

Porcine respiratory olisease complex

Abstract:
Epidemiology and investigation on the spot indicate that Porcine Respiratory Disease Complex （PRDC） is multi-factorial disease, it contains comprehensive factors virus, bacterium, unhealthy raised management condition and sensitive swinery and so on, which interacting each other cause disease complex; From the other , empirical study indicate that PRDC tightly associates with porcine reproductive and respiratory virus （PRRSV） swine influenza virus （SIV） porcine circoviruses （PCV2） and mycoplasma hyopneumoniae, and PRDC is the cause of these virus. Therefore, established prompt, multiple, high- flux detection can prevent development of this disease . consummate diagnositic means will be prevented this disease.[著者文摘]
