华木莲叶多糖的提取及其抗氧化作用

摘 要:
对华木莲叶多糖的最佳提取条件及其对大白鼠体外抗氧化作用进行了初步研究,结果表明:浸提温度70℃,浸提时间1.5h,浸提料水比1:20,乙醇质量浓度φ=90%,华木莲叶多糖含量为0.69%;不同质量浓度的华木莲叶多糖能显著清除自由基作用,当华木莲叶多糖质量浓度100μg/mL时,清除超氧阴离子自由基(O2)为66.38%,清除羟基自由基(·OH)为68.58%,抑制SD大鼠红细胞溶血率为95.84%。[著者文摘]

The Anti- oxidation Effect of Polysaccharide Extracted from Sinomanglietia glaula Leaf

Abstract:
The best techniques for extraction of Sinomanglietia glaula polysaccharide and the polysaccharide' s anti - oxidation effect in vitro were studied. The results showed : the best technological conditions were that the temperature for extraction was 70 ℃ , the time for extraction was 1.5 hours, the ratio of sample to water was 1:20 and the concentration of ethanol was 90%. With the best extraction techniques, the polysaccharide content of Sinomanglietia glaula was 0.69%. The Sinomanglietia glaula polysaccharide in different concentrations could obviously eliminate free radical. When the polysaccharide concentration of Sinomanglietia glaula was 100 μg/mL, the elimination rate to (O2 ) and ( ·OH) were 66.38% and 68.58% respectively, and the inhibition rate to RBC hemolysis induced by H2O2 was 95.84%.[著者文摘]
