粉末冶金烧结工艺中加热方式对烧结过程的影响

摘 要:
利用高温光学金相显微镜对由纯铝、纯镁制成的铝基二元合金试样进行烧结试验的原位观察,比较了恒温加热与波动加热两种方式对烧结过程的影响.结果显示:普通电阻加热形成的波动温度场对烧结具有热振荡活化效应,能加速烧结过程的进行.这一结果为进一步合理制定和优化烧结工艺提供了直接的试验依据.[著者文摘]

THE EFFECT OF HEATING METHOD TO SINTERING PROCESS OF PURE METAL POWDERS

Abstract:
In order to study the influences of heating method on sintering, a high temperature optical microscope was employed to in - situ observe on the sintering process of Al - Mg binary aluminum alloy systems. A periodically changing temperature field and constant temperature field are compared. The resuks showed that periodically changing temperature field which formed of resistance heating method has "heat shock activated effect", it can accelerate sintering process. This result would provide direct experience basis to establish properly and optimize sintering procedure.[著者文摘]
