2004-2006年铜陵市2家医院非甾体抗炎药利用分析

摘 要:
目的：评价非甾体抗炎药（NSAIDs）的利用现状及趋势。方法：采用频度分析法对安徽铜陵市2家医院2004-2006年NSAIDs的种类、用药频度、销售金额进行统计、分析。结果：NSAIDs的用药频度逐年增长，年均增幅达7．07％；销售金额2005年增长4．15％，2006年下跌4．94％，个别新型NSAIDs销售金额增幅明显。结论：NSAIDs的用药结构在今后几年内不会有太大变化，但不良反应问题应引起广泛重视。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE ： To evaluate the utilization status and the developmental trend of non - steroidal anti - inflammatory drugs（NSAIDs） in our clty.METHODS： NSAIDs used in two hospitals in Anhui Tongling city during 2004--2006 were analyzed statistically in respect of drug varieties, DDDs and consumption sum. RESULTS： The DDDs of NSAIDs increased, up 7.07% year on year. The consumption of NSAIDs increased by 4.15% in 2005, but decreased by 4.94% in 2006.New type NSAIDs had a great increase in consumption sum.CONCLUSION：The utilization structure of NSAIDs in our city is expected to remain stable in the coming several years,but great attention should be paid to the ADR of NSAIDs.[著者文摘]
