摘 要:
目的：观察补骨脂各种炮制品及其生品对环磷酰胺致小鼠白细胞减少症的升白作用和对小鼠雄性器官的影响。方法：①利用注射环磷酰胺造成小鼠白细胞减少症，补骨脂水提液灌胃进行治疗，对白细胞总数、淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞、红细胞数、血红蛋白、血小板数含量及胸腺和脾的重量进行检测。②用补骨脂生品及炮制品水提液灌胃。取小鼠睾丸、包皮腺、前列腺，观察补骨脂对小鼠雄性器官的影响。结果：补骨脂可明显升高小鼠的白细胞、红细胞、血小板水平及体重。补骨脂对小鼠睾丸有明显增加重量作用，但对小鼠前列腺、包皮腺重量影响不大。结论：补骨脂具有明显升白作用，可增加小鼠睾丸重量。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Objective ：To observe the effects of Pasoralea carylifolla L. on mice leukopenia models induced by cyclo- phospham ide andrat male sexual organ. Methods ：①Mice were prepared by ip cyclophospham ide and then treated with Psoralea carylifolla L. The levels of body weight, peripheral hemogram,Thymus gland index, spleen index. ②Treated with Psoratea carylifolla L. by ip cyclophospham ide then level of Testicle, Outer skin gland and Prostate gland. Results ： Psoralea carylifolla L. could obviously raise the counts of white blood cell, red blood cell ,platelet and body weight of the leukopenia model. Psoralea caylifolla L. to have the obvious increment weight function to the small rat testicle, but to small rat prostate gland,the outer skin gland weight doesnt greatly influence. Conclusion ： Psoralea carylifolla L. has ap- parent leukogenic and antianemic actions. Psoralea carylifolla L. have the obvious increment weight function to the small rat testicle.[著者文摘]
