通过研究穿衣者的生理特性，探讨了如何改善服装材料本身的性能和利用服装材料之间的空气层进行防寒，列举了少数服装的防寒穿着方式，总结冬季防寒穿衣规则，为冬季着装者提供了合理的穿衣参考依据。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Through studying wearer＇ s physiological characteristics, how to improve its own performance and clothing materials used for the cold air layer between the clothing material is discussal.
