摘 要:
研究了自行合成的碘化N-三甲基壳聚糖季铵盐（TMCI）的抗菌性能。结果表明，该壳聚糖季铵盐具有水溶性，抗菌剂用量低，效果好，且在中性或弱碱性环境中抗菌性能增强，是一种具有良好抗菌性能的高分子抗菌剂。[著者文摘]

Study on Antibacterial Effect of Water Soluble Quaternary Ammonium Salt of Chitosan

Abstract:
The synthesis and antibacterial activity of trimethyl quaternary ammonium iodide of chitosan （TMCI） were studied. It was showed that the obtained quaternary ammonium salt of chitosan was water soluble and was of good antibacterial effect with low dosage. The antibacterial effect increased with increasing of pH. The obtained quater nary ammonium salt of chitosan was a kind of efficient antibacterial macromolecule.[著者文摘]
