摘 要:
在当前的水产品贸易中，各主要进口国对水产品进口设置了越来越多的技术贸易壁垒。日本、美国等国在产品的质量、卫生检验及水产品加工企业认证等方面都设有严格的标准。我国的水产品加工企业要成功突破这些壁垒，就要在原料、加工等环节上采取相应措施，主要包括：与水产原料供应者建立良好稳定的关系，对加工过程中的软、硬件环境进行有效的控制，建立完善的检验程序以保证产品质量及重视产品的包装和标签等。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Nowadays, more and more technological trade barriers have been set up on aquatic products. The main import countries such as Japan, America all have strict standards on quality and hygiene examination of the products and the authentication of processing enterprises. To succeed in breaking though these barriers, the aquatic products processing enterprises should take measures on links such as raw material, processing etc. The following advice can be consulted by the enterprises： establishing steady relation with the raw materials suppliers, carrying on effective control in the processing course, setting up complete checking department, and paying attention to the packaging and label of the products.[著者文摘]
