山区城镇配套建设污水库的意义

摘 要:
在分析城镇污废水环境影响的基础上，根据水库净化水质的基本规律，探讨利用水库的水质净化功能处理污废水的可行性，以及为城镇配套建设河道型污水库的理论方法。分析结果表明，为山区城镇配套建设污水库，可以充分利用水库水质的自然净化功能，即通过水库的天然沉淀分化作用，实现自动化处理来自城镇的污废水，从多方面降低城镇污废水处理的成本；配套必要的污水库调控技术方案，对于有效地治理山区城镇的水污染问题，彻底避免污废水对下游地区产生的危害尤显重要。[著者文摘]

Significance of waste reservoir for town in the mountainous region

Abstract:
Based on environmental impact analysis of waste water from town, and the basic laws of water quality controlled by a reservoir, the authors will discuss the feasibility of normal reservoir how to treat with waste water, and the theory of waste reservoir built in watercourse for a town. The results indicate that waste reservoir and its control project, outfitted for town in mountainous region, will take full advantage of self-purification, that is, it will deposit and polarize the waste water automatically, and waste reservoir should play an important role in reducing the cost of dealing with the waste water too. On the other hand, a eorrelative technological project is necessary to control the waste water effectively, especially,it is much useful to voiding the suffer injury for the downstream area from the waste water.[著者文摘]
