新疆雪莲多倍体的诱导初探

摘 要:
用秋水仙素和2%二甲基亚砜共同处理新疆雪莲种子、胚根和茎段,以诱导多倍体雪莲。结果表明,茎段经过100mg·L^-1秋水仙素处理3d诱导效果最佳,同时,离体培养其嵌合体苗茎段及叶片,诱导不定芽生成,获得了四倍体细胞比例达到90%以上的植株。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
The stem,seed,radicel of Saussurea involucrata Kar. et Kir. were induced with colchicine and 2%DMSO. The results showed that the better effective induction team is that the stem was induced with 100 mg · L^-1 colchicine for 3 d. Furthermore, the stem and leaf of the mixoploid of the 100 mg · L^-1 colchicine were cultivated for 3 d to stimulate the adventitious buds to regenerate and the plants with more than 90% of tetrapolid cell were gained.[著者文摘]
