金黄色葡萄球菌对家蝇抗菌物质的诱导

摘  要:

[目的]探讨金黄色葡萄球菌对家蝇抗菌物质诱导表达的规律。[方法]室内饲养的家蝇三龄幼虫,感染金黄色葡萄球菌诱导处理后,分别于第0、12、24、36、48、60、72、84h提取血淋巴,以溶壁微球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作指示菌,采用平板法作抑菌试验,以抑菌圈直径表示抗菌活力的大小,借以指示家蝇抗菌物质的诱导表达规律。[结果]经金黄色葡萄球菌诱导处理后,第12~36h提取的血淋巴抑菌活性较强,对溶壁微球菌的抑菌活性高峰出现在处理后12h,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌活性高峰出现在处理后36h。[结论]感染金黄色葡萄球菌可诱导家蝇产生抗菌物质,血淋巴收集在诱导后12~36h最为合适。[著者文摘]

Abstract:

[Objective] To explore the expression rides of antibacterial substance in housefly induced by Staphylococcus aureus. [Methods] The third instar larvae of housefly were induced by Staphylococcus aureus, then hemolymph was collected at the hours of 0, 12, 24. 36. 48. 60. 72 and 84. and was tested against Micrococcus lysodeikticus and Staphylococcus aureus respectively by plate method. Diameter of bacteriostatic nng was observed and recorded to indicate the antibacterial activity of immunized hemolymph and the expression rules of antibacterial substance in housefly. [ Results] The antibacterial activity of hemolymph collected in the hours of 12~36 after induction of Staphylococcus aureus were high comparatively. The antibacterial activity peak against Micrococcus lysodeikticus and Staphylococcus aureus respectively appeared 12 hours and 36 hours after treatment. [Conclusions] The antibacterial substance is induced in the housefly after being infected with S. aureus. The immunized hemolymph should be collected 12~36 hours later than the treatment.[著者文摘]
