献血者使用共用剃刀与感染丙型肝炎关系的研究

摘 要:
[目的]研究探讨共用剃刀等危险因素与丙型肝炎传播的关系。[方法]对203名单纯抗-HCV检测为阳性的献血者及406名阴性献血者进行病例对照研究,应用多因素条件Logistic回归模型分析与感染丙肝有关的因素,并对危险因素的人群归因危险度(PAR)进行估计。[结果]筛选出7个与感染丙肝有关的因素,使用共用剃刀、住院史、针灸史、10年前注射史、乙肝家族史、穿耳环孔、牙科治疗史等因素增加感染的危险性,其危险度(OR)分别是:3.741、1.372、1.646、1.471、1.852、1.811、2.000,人群归因危险度分别是:29.60%,8.59%,2.64%,14.04%,29.17%,7.06%,14.78%。7项危险因素总的人群归因危险度为75.29%。[结论]共用剃刀以及可能导致血液接触的器具是丙型肝炎传播的危险因素。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
[Objective]To research the role of razor reuse in the infection of hepatitis C virus(HCV)among volunteer blood donors.[Methods]Two hundred and three blood donors with positive ELISA results for anti-HCV were cases,and 406 negative blood donors were controls.A standardized questionnaire was used to collect data concerning demographic aspects and potential risk factors.Logistic regression was used to calculate crude and adjusted odds ratios,and 95% confidence intervals for risk factors.[Results] According to the multiple factor Logistic regression model, razor reuse, hospital admission, aeupunc ture; injections before 10 years, hepatitis B family history ear piercing and dental care increased the risk of HCV infection, the QR value for these were 3.741, 1.3721 1.646, 1,471. 1.852, 1.811. 2.000, respeetivelyl and PAR for each of 2.64%, 7.06%, 1417g%; respectively, the total PAR was 75.29%. [Conclusions] The reuse of razor and contaminated instruments used by others are risk factor for hepatitis C infection.[著者文摘]
