没有顾客就没有市场,没有员工就不会有企业。顾客是企业“外部上帝”,也是“第一上帝”,员工是企业“内部上帝”,也是“第二上帝”。与“两个上帝”的理念相适应,我国企业应创新“一切为了顾客,一切依靠顾客”的经营战略和“一切为了员工,一切依靠员工”的管理战略。[著者文摘]
