实行新规则后中国艺术体操集体项目现状及对策

摘 要:
运用文献资料、现场观察、专家访谈等方法，对中国艺术体操集体项目实行新规则以来参加国内外重大赛事的成绩进行了统计、比较、分析．结果表明：目前我国艺术体操集体项目运动员在完成难度动作的质量和器械技术运用的熟练性、稳定性等方面都与规则要求存在明显差距，艺术价值得分与世界强国相比呈明显弱势．并提出了对策与训练实施方法．[著者文摘]

The statusquo of the group exercises of Chinese rhythmic gymnastics after the enforcement of the 2005 version code of points and it＇s countermeasures

Abstract:
By the methods of literature review, spot inspection and expert interview, it was classified and analyzed the database about the domestic and international games after the group exercises of Chinese rhythmic gymnastics graded in terms of the code of points 2005. The results indicated that, at present, the Chinese gymnasts had fallen far behind in the quality of performing a body movement difficulty, the mastery and stability in using apparatus techniques in comparison to the requirements of the code. Their scores in artistic value were lower than that of the developed countries. Therefore, some strategies and training approaches were put forward to improve the artistic value and execution of the group exercises of Chinese rhythmic gymnastics.[著者文摘]
