摘 要:
本研究运用问卷调查法,对上海、天津两地两种不同托幼形式下的78名幼儿教师进行比较分析。研究发现,寄宿制幼儿教师的精神压力显著高于全日制幼儿教师;寄宿制幼儿教师的精神压力来源多为工作本身,而全日制幼儿教师的精神压力来源多为家长及社会。寄宿制幼儿教师精神压力较高的问题应引起幼儿园及有关教育管理部门的重视。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
this study analyzes the mental stress of 78 child -teachers from two different forms of kindergartens in Shanghai and Tianjin. According to the study, the mental stress of teachers in boarding kindergarten is much more than in day - care kindergarten. The mental stress of teachers in boarding kindergarten mainly derive from the work itself, while the mental stress of teachers in day - care kindergarten mainly derive from the children' s parents and social stress. It is worth taking a great notice about the problem of the high stress of teachers in boarding kindergarten by kindergartens and the concerned managerial departments of education.[著者文摘]
