新品种玉米的紫色植株中花色苷色素提取方法研究

摘 要:
研究了从新品种玉米的紫色植株中提取花色苷类色素的方法。通过正交实验确定用乙醇浸提法制备玉米紫色植株色素的最佳条件,以柠檬酸调节酸性条件(pH3)、用80%的乙醇溶液、按料液比1:50,25℃浸提4h提取效果最好,提取率为10%,色价为4.92。利用该原料可以大量生产花色苷类色素。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
The method for extracting anthoeyanin pigment from purple plant of new breed of maize was researched. The optimal conditions to extraet the pigment by ethanol was obtained by orthogonal experiment: to adjust acidity to pH 3 by citric, the ratio between material and 80% ethanol solvent was 1:50, the extracting time was 4h, temperature was 25℃, the average extraefing rate was 10% and color value was 4.92.[著者文摘]
