摘 要:
目的研究凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌的耐药趋势及变迁,为治疗凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌感染提供正确的选药依据。方法对2003-2005年我院临床分离226株的凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌,采用Kirby-Bauer法进行药敏试验,高盐琼脂扩散法对苯唑西林耐药的菌株做耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌(MRS)测定,按美国临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)1999年标准判断结果。结果凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(CNS)分别对青霉素、红霉素、苯唑青霉素、环丙沙星、奥格门丁、克林霉素、复方新诺明耐药率〉70%;,对左氧氟沙星、头孢吡肟、头孢唑啉的耐药率〈50%;未发现耐万古霉素菌株。结论近2年临床分离凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌的耐药谱与前几年相比,有很大的改变,应合理使用抗菌药物及采取其他有效措施控制凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌的感染。[著者文摘]

Drug-resistance of coagulase negative Staphylococcus isolated clinically

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the characteristics of drug- resistance of coagulase negative Staphylococcus species isolated in this hospital from 2003 to 2005,and to provide the reference for properly choosing antibiotic therapy of coagulase negative Staphylococcal infec- tions. Methods The drug-resistance of coagulase negative Staphylococcus (CNS)strains from patients was measured according to the US National Committee on Clinical Laboratory standards protocol with K- B anti-bacterial disk susceptibility. Results The drug-resistant rate of CNS to penicillin, erythromycin, oxacillin, ciprofloxacin, augmentin, clindamycin, and trimethoprim was high( 〉 70% ), whereas that to lev-ofloxacin, cefepime, and cefazolin was low( 〈 50% ). No drug-resistant CNS strains to vancomycin were found. Conclusions The pattern of drug-resistance has changed greatly in the past years. Clinical physicians should pay attention to properly choosing and using antibiotics.[著者文摘]
